JPI Is one of the largest multi family housing developers in the south. The project was to help JPI with the creation of three new distinct developments. Parmore, Torrington and Resona. Each entity addressed a unique need for the appropriate market. Parmore, affordable senior living. Torrington, workforce housing. And Resona, luxury senior living.
